A Memorable Stay with Great Potential

We enjoyed our stay, despite some challenges. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast service could improve, and we noticed some issues with the room amenities. Still, the owner was accommodating, which made a difference. I'd recommend it, especially in peak season.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the large, high-quality TV that made our stay relaxing. The bathroom facilities were modern and impressive, making our experience even better.

The technology system in the room was convenient but could be overwhelming for some guests.

We loved the pool and enjoyed playing table tennis. It’s super close to Europa Park and a playground for kids, making it perfect for everyone. Just remember, no snacks are available until 6 PM, which was a bit of a bummer after swimming.

We could hear our neighbors all night watching a movie, which was a little annoying. It might be good to ask for a quieter room if you’re a light sleeper.

The Deluxe Family Room was spacious and had these awesome dimmable lights that really set the mood. It was clean and modern, which felt super welcoming. The staff was really friendly too. Loved the overall vibe of the room, just made everything that much more enjoyable!

We loved staying here! The heated pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, but it didn’t ruin our visit at all. 😄

We had a really good time at the hotel with our special needs son's autism support dog. The outdoor pool was refreshing, and the kids loved the children's playground. Our room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

I was blown away by the very nice smart technology in my Beautiful Family Room, from controlling the lights to the giant TV. The outdoor pool was a good retreat after a day at the theme park. The breakfast spread hit all the right notes with fresh waffles and vibrant atmosphere!

Air conditioning needs a serious upgrade—it struggles to maintain a decent temperature!!! Towels with stains weren't exactly inviting, and the water pressure in the shower was a letdown!!!

The outdoor swimming pool and huge room with dimmable lights made our stay so enjoyable! Plus, the closeness to the park was a win.

Oh man, the seafood around here is top-notch! Snagged some fresh fish that blew my taste buds away. Plus, the outdoor pool was a hit with the kiddos, and we loved the spacious room with dimmable lights. Perfect for family vibes!

We had a nice 3-night stay. The room was super bright and the color-changing lights were actually fun! Breakfast was tasty with fresh waffles and good fruit. Only bummer was some belongings went missing at the restaurant, but the owner helped sort it out. Nice bar area for the evenings too.

The location of Andante is ideal, just a short 15-minute walk to Europa-Park. The Junior Suite we stayed in was impressive, featuring a spacious layout with a luxurious whirlpool. Additionally, the staff exhibited friendliness and were accommodating throughout our stay.

The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, affecting productivity.
